KordLoom
Complexity is everywhere. Structure is woven.
In a complex, fast-moving world, we look past the loose threads, discover the threads that matter, and weave them into systems built to last.

Products
Open format
One file. Verified by anyone.
One signed, chained file that anyone can check offline in seconds. Apache-2.0, so adopting it needs no permission from us.
Fleet automation
Run everything. Watch every host. Prove every change.
A whole fleet automation server in one binary, agentless over SSH with nothing to install on the hosts it manages. Every run is structured and attributable: who ran what, where, and who approved it.
Organizational knowledge
Know who knows. See where you're exposed.
One map of who knows what across ten tools, and where the organization quietly depends on one person. Deterministic and self-hosted.
How we build
Three rules on the frame. Nothing goes on the loom that cannot meet all three.
The same warp every time
Same input, same verdict. Nothing probabilistic decides anything on a hot path.
A pattern you can read
Records are append-only and hash-chained, so nothing leaves quietly. Formats are published, and a separate open verifier reads them.
No thread that is not load-bearing
One Go binary and one SQLite file. No cluster, no broker, nothing to babysit. Where a product needs more, it says so plainly.
Stay in the loop
KordLoom builds slowly and in the open. Leave an address and you will hear from us when a product is ready to use, and at no other time.
Stored so we can email you once. Never sold, never shared, no tracking pixels, no third-party list service. Reply to any message and it is deleted.
